Courses & Teaching
In Chà Tea Atelier’s tea room I organize monthly tasting courses for an audience of enthusiasts who want to get closer to pure teas tasting, the basics of tea & food pairing and blending. For the Protea Academy Association I am in charge of teaching professional TAC Tea Sommelier courses, in exclusive partnership with THAC (Tea and Herbal Association of Canada).
As a Tea Specialist and Tea Sommelier I accompany industry professionals in tea producing countries to select suppliers and quality teas.
