    Gabriella is the author of the book Tea Sommelier, published by White Star, translated into English, French, German and Spanish. The volume, richly illustrated with photographs by Fabio Petroni, offers a new perspective on the appreciation of tea, describing the preparations and the basic tools for an accurate sensory analysis and evaluation.

    The book leads enthusiasts to the tasting of 50 fine teas and to the discovery of the ideal combinations of food and tea through the exclusive recipes created with Chef Giovanni Ruggieri.

    Gabriella is co-author of the book ‘Tea Cultures of Europe: Heritage and Hospitality’, edited by Prof. Hartwig Bohne of the University of Dresden and published by De Gruyter.

    This pioneering book on hospitality in Europe was written for tea lovers, educators, students, industry practitioners, and entrepreneurs in the sector.

    With contributions from the co-authors, the publication offers insights into ceremonies, national and regional traditions, the history of the spread of tea, European tea gardens, and new trends changing the market and the Horeca sector.
